ATMOS

A City of wind and study,

nestled in the mountains at the crossroads of every journey that matters.

-A Windborne Observation-

I have traveled many skies.

Across waterless deserts, misty forests, and swelling oceans.

For many seasons now, I have circled a particular place.

A city travelers call Atmos.

From above, I watch the roads that lead here, and the adventurers who walk them.

Many arrive carrying an invisible weight.

Their minds race ahead of them.

Their bodies feel strangely distant from their current lives.

They speak of exhaustion. Of disconnection. Of feeling as though they have lost the rhythm of their own lives.

And almost all of them ask the same quiet question:

"Is there a way back to myself?"

The guide of Atmos has spent a long time studying the winds that move through the body.

They believe there is a way back.

Some travelers have a word for it.

They call it Breathwork.

"The wanderers who arrive in Atmos often come from many different places, yet seek the same thing: a way to return to themselves."

A Breathwork Practice

Built Like A World

Beneath every thought, emotion, and sensation moves a quiet rhythm: the breath.

Atmos Wellness is a 1:1 breathwork coaching practice, where you work with the body and witness what it has to share.

The breathwork practiced here works directly with the nervous system. It moves you through different states of activation, allowing what is usually held beneath awareness to rise and be met.

You remain present with yourself as your body moves through intensity, held in a space that is guided and supported.  Over time, this builds the capacity to meet similar moments in your life with more awareness and steadiness.

Every session closes with a return to rest. Nothing is imposed on your experience; you meet only what is already there.

Atmos is the structure that holds this work: a world shaped by the arc of a journey, where each stage has its place. You don't need to believe in it. You only need the willingness to take that first step.  If you choose to enter, you begin by walking the Paths.

Through guided breathwork sessions, clients begin their journeys as 'Wanderers'.

They leave with a practice of their own and a story they are living inside of.

NOTE: The Scholars in Atmos recommend checking out The Great Library to find deeper information on the nervous system and how breathwork actually works.

Message From The Wind Travelers

"Wanderers rarely know that they are questing when they first set out.

They simply notice the map they've been following no longer leads anywhere.

That is usually when they find the path to Atmos."

Why Breathwork & Story

Most patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, procrastination, and avoidance are not mindset problems. They are nervous system responses.

When the body perceives a threat, whether that threat is emotional, relational, or internal, it will default to protection: overthinking, numbing, dissociating, or avoiding.

Breathwork works because it directly influences the autonomic nervous system. By working with the breath, you can shift your physiological state, access emotional safety, and increase tolerance for discomfort, which is where real choice and growth become possible.

The city of Atmos and the surrounding world are the container for your transformation. While the breathwork practice is where you do the inner work and feel the results first, the storyline and the adventures in this mythological world are where you can apply it outwardly and start to make connections between your own inner world and the physical world, whether that be in the story you progress through or real-life events that occur in tandem to the path you walk.

This allows change to happen experientially, not just intellectually.

The Paths of Atmos

Three Ways to Cross

Every journey through Atmos begins the same way:

A wanderer arrives at the gates of the city, carrying a question. What happens next depends on how far they are willing to explore.

Discovery Session

The Crossing

The wanderer has arrived at the base of the mountains. They have heard rumors of a hidden path. The Guide of Atmos offers a first glimpse; a taste of the practice, an honest look at the terrain,  and the question that opens everything: do you want to go further?

The Waking

Something in the Seeker has been sleeping; not lost and certainly not broken. It has yet to be acknowledged. What follows is twelve weeks of finding the dormant self and breathing it back into full aliveness.

The Hidden Light

Something is hidden in the world beyond the port city of Kyrene, and in the seeker themselves. A wind traveler with mischievous intentions shows them something they cannot unsee. The Guide of Atmos

Hailey

Breathwork coach * Guide of Atmos * Keeper of The Wind

The Guide of Atmos not only leads wanderers across the mountains to the famed city of Kyrene beyond. She helps them realize that they do not have to go the way they have been going, and that the true map lives within themselves.

Hailey is a certified trauma-informed breathwork guide and practitioner of The Wind, a five-stage breathwork method that can be used to access parts of the unconscious self. She has used it in her own journey and continues to practice today. She works exclusively 1:1 with clients who are actively building something in their lives and are ready for the kind of change that happens in the body, not just the mind.

The world of Atmos is not something she layers on top of the work. It is the shape of the work made visible; a way of understanding, at each stage of the journey, where you are and what the terrain is asking of you.

She has made the crossing. She knows what is on the other side. She is here to walk alongside you while you find out for yourself.

The Gates Are Open

Every journey through Atmos begins with a single session.

The Crossing is the first breath.

Everything else follows from there.

The path is there, even when it is not visible.
